Ventura’s origins.

Rafael Ventura, a consultant and trainer whose career began in hotel operations, founded Fernandes Ventura, Associados — Consultores em Gestão in 2002. His experience combines strategic consulting, operational management and executive training in hospitality, restaurants and tourism.

The project grew out of the connection between technical expertise and knowledge of business realities. In the same year, the company opened a representative office in Madrid, a milestone in its international history.

In 2008, the Ventura name marked a focus on tourism, hotel and restaurant services. The circular symbol and custom lettering are part of that identity.

Our experience includes funding applications and business recovery for restaurants and hotels. The approach connects strategic and operational management, with solutions developed in cooperation with each client.
